Quick post tonight.
Tonight was a first in a really long time – I ran 4.5 miles in 45 minutes on the treadmill at the gym! So that means that I ran a 10-minute mile. Hooray for me! :) I also walked at a 12% incline for almost 20 minutes at a 16 mi/min pace; so overall I burned just over 500 calories. Hooray for me!! :)
